  • Photo-eye detects the trailing edge of parts coming from a machine. This causes the receiver rollers to lower.
  • Urethane belts move parts from the receiver section to the return.
  • After the part leaves the receiver section, the rollers raise and the cycle is repeated.

  • Powered feed roller guides parts onto the receiver.
  • Acetal (plastic) chains transfer parts from the receiver section to the return section.
  • The process is continuous, so parts may be butt-fed!
  • Available in two versions:
    • S.P. Stripper Plate for Return Only
    • T.R. Thru Roller for Pass-Thru Ability

  • Receiver Infeed Section lowers onto crossbelts which move part laterally to return side.
  • Part is returned to operator while Receiver Infeed Section raises to repeat cycle.
